DISNEYLAND

This was my first time going to Disneyland ever! SO much fun. Thank you Michelle. We had a great time. We first went to California Adventure and then to Disney. I am not a huge fan of big roller coasters but I was a great picture taker. I am not sure how but Everyone talked me into going on the Tower of Terror. NEVER AGAIN. I left crying a little... I mean not weeping..but I was scared for my life.. I have since lost my voice.. I attribute that to having a cold and that ride. Here are some pictures from our trip.

Michelle and Wade looking so suave

Michelle and wade and Ronelle and Steven all coming off our 2nd ride in California Adventure.

So excited.. these are our excited faces

Lets be honest.. Michelle was laughing at me.. not screaming in this picture. Note how I am two handing Wades arm.

Venice beach

It may have been a little too bright that day for Steven

Venice beach was the first place we went on our journey. Ronelle and I tanned on the beach and the boys played in the water.

Trip to visit Ditty and Leelee

Wednesday May 20th Ronelle and Steven Yeip, Wade and I all drove down to Michelle Dittman's and Erica Lee's house in LA. We had so much fun! We went to Disneyland, the San Diego Zoo, 2 beaches and Ronelle's cousins house for breakfast.
We arrived at 3:00 am on Thursday and parked on what seemed to be the best spot possible. The street signs all read either "no parking 8-10 Friday" or " no parking 8-10 am Thursday" We parked on the street that said "no parking Friday from 8-10" so we thought we were safe there was also an additional sign that said "no parking 7-9 am" but we thought that also applied on Fridays. We got in and chatted till about 4 then went to bed. About 7 I woke up and thought maybe we should check the car. Wade felt it was safe so I sat there for a little bit. Around 7:20 or so I thought maybe we should just go check it in case. I made Wade go with me and check. I held the gate and Wade ran out to move the car. He was gone for a while and then came back and said it was towed. He saw the car and talked to the tow guy and he said "sorry once it is on the truck we can't remove it. " So we made our way to the tow place and paid $207 to release it. Then as we were getting in I noticed a little note on the windshield. It was a ticket for $148. I popped my head back in and talked to the police officer that gave us the ticket and asked if this was in addition to the towing fee. She said yes "sorry". I stormed of and said a few words that sounded more like something my Grandpa Hughart would say. We just tried to laugh it off.. oh well it is just the way it goes for wade and I. Sad. Anyways this is the picture I took at the tow place before we found the ticket.. we were a lot happier then. =)

Zion National Park

April 24-26 Pat and Anna-Lisa Rich Wade and I all went to Zion National Park. We had a wonderful time. We stayed at Pats grandma's condo the first night and camped the second day. I hiked 6 miles and the rest of the gang hiked 7. Here are some pictures from the trip!
